ADR-0001 Standalone product, not a Neutron feature

Decision

Bankroll40 is its own product with its own repositories, domain and MCP endpoint. Nothing poker-shaped lands in Neutron core. Neutron, assay procedures and Claude all reach the product the same way: as MCP clients of /mcp.

Why

Neutron core must stay generic enough to install as a standalone agent platform; a domain feature erodes that. Players install an app, never a Neutron instance. What carries over is the pattern: a Hono API, scoped tokens, an audit log, gated writes.

Consequences

The product cannot depend on estate infrastructure (k3s, Zitadel, assay). Integration with Neutron is a registration of the endpoint, not code.
